Common use of Gloves and Masks through Consumer Health Plan Clause in Contracts

Gloves and Masks through Consumer Health Plan. ‌ When gloves and masks are not available at the Consumer’s residence, the PSW may request them from the local Brokerage, CDDP, CIIS, Community Mental Health or AMH office on a monthly basis as long as the PSW’s job description or service agreement continues to include activities of daily living or personal care worker with Consumers involving possible contact with bodily fluids and until these items become available through the Consumer’s health plan or service plan if applicable.
