Common use of GM Information Clause in Contracts

GM Information. Supplier shall not, and shall ensure that its affiliates shall not, publicly disclose any information regarding GM or any of its affiliates, GM's purchase of Phase One Product under this Agreement, or the Designated Purchasers under the Designated Purchaser Agreements (collectively, "GM Information") without the prior written consent of GM, provided, that no consent of GM shall be required for Supplier to disclose GM Information if such disclosure is required: (i) by applicable securities laws, including, for greater certainty, the rules of any stock exchange upon which securities of Supplier or any of its affiliates are traded; or (ii) to the extent necessary to enforce this Agreement including without limitation for the purposes of dispute resolution as set forth in Section 18 of the General Terms. Any disclosures made by Supplier pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms shall comply with the terms of this Section 7.2. This Section 7.2 shall survive for a period of two years following the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
