GO Passenger Charter. (a) Project Co shall, and shall ensure that all Project Co Parties, carry out the Works in a manner that is in compliance with the GO Passenger Charter. (b) Project Co shall not, and Project Co shall ensure that the Project Co Parties do not, in any way whatsoever, contravene or cause Metrolinx to contravene the GO Passenger Charter.
