The service of Biological Material storage provided by PBKM is of a continuous nature and consists in the storage of Biological Material over the individual years during the term of this Contract. When storing Biological Material, PBKM shall ensure compliance with all the requirements and standards arising from the applicable laws in this respect. 3. The Biological Material qualified for storage by PBKM and the Biological Material contaminated/infected with bacteria, regarding which the Parents made a statement concerning its storage, shall be stored in containers adjusted for this purpose and compliant with the applicable standards in this respect. 4. To confirm the acceptance of Biological Material for storage, PBKM shall make available a storage certificate in the “My PBKM” Customer Panel.
