Common use of Good Landlord Practices Clause in Contracts

Good Landlord Practices. Each Borrower shall (i) observe and perform the obligations imposed upon the lessor under the Leases for its Financed Properties under applicable law in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with residential real estate manager best practices and with a view towards maintaining each Financed Property in the neighborhood of which it is a part; and (ii) enforce the terms, covenants and conditions contained in such Leases upon the part of the Tenant thereunder to be observed or performed in a commercially reasonable manner.

Each Borrower shall (i) observe and perform in all material respects the obligations imposed upon the lessor under the Leases for its Financed Properties under applicable law in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with residential real estate manager best practices and with a view towards maintaining each Financed Property in generally consistent with the standards of the neighborhood of which it is a part; and (ii) enforce in all material respects the terms, covenants and conditions contained in such Leases upon the part of the Tenant thereunder to be observed or performed in a commercially reasonable manner.
