Good Neighbor Policies. Grantee shall maintain a good relationship with the neighborhood, including: 1. Collaboration with neighbors and relevant city agencies to ensure that neighborhood concerns about the facility are heard and addressed; 2. That the Grantee Director or Manager or a representative will attend all appropriate neighborhood meetings; 3. That Grantee management staff is available to respond to neighbors within 24 hours, if reasonable; 4. Minimizing the impact on the neighborhood of population waiting to enter the building; and 5. Active discouragement of loitering in the area surrounding the building.
