Good Neighbor Policy. CONTRACTOR shall establish a Good Neighbor Policy, 24 which shall be reviewed and approved by ADMINISTRATOR. The policy shall include, but not be 25 limited to, staff training to deal with neighbor complaints, staff contact information available to 26 neighboring residents and complaint procedures. CONTRACTOR shall also contact city management 27 in each city where Client services are provided to inform them of the nature of the services provided 28 under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall work collaboratively with city management to resolve any 29 concerns regarding community relations.
Good Neighbor Policy. 21 This Policy applies only to the extent CONTRACTOR provides direct services to persons pursuant to this 22 Contract. The intent of this Policy is to identify community impacts and measures to mitigate those 23 impacts to be an integral part of the neighborhood and community COUNTY serves. 24 25 CONTRACTOR shall establish a policy that includes all of the following elements:

The intent of this Policy is to identify community impacts and measures to mitigate 23 those impacts to be an integral part of the neighborhood and community the COUNTY serves. 24 25 CONTRACTOR shall establish a policy that includes all of the following elements: 26 • Ensure staff and clients conduct themselves in a manner that demonstrates respect for the 27 community and consideration of neighbors when entering/exiting the facility or outdoors. 28 • Establish and maintain early communication with cities, neighborhoods and communities as a 29 way to identify potential impacts to neighborhoods and mitigate as needed. 30 • Establish cooperative relationships with cities, neighborhoods and communities where services 31 are being rendered and mitigate impact as needed. 32 • Collaborate with cities, neighborhoods and communities as a way to promote integration of 33 facilities into the community and determine the effectiveness of established good neighbor practices. 34 • Develop written procedures to track, respond and mitigate neighborhood complaints. Procedures 35 should include identification of a contact person for complaint resolution and identification of COUNTY 36 contact if complaint is not adequately resolved. The procedures must also identify how these incidents 37 will be reported to the appropriate COUNTY contact in a timely manner. 1 • Establish generalized good neighbor practices for services and facility(ies) that include:
Good Neighbor Policy. ADMINISTRATOR has established a Good Neighbor Policy 21 for the purpose of identifying community impacts and measures to mitigate those impacts. The Good
Good Neighbor Policy. Exhibitor shall operate within the Exhibit Space so as not to annoy, endanger or interfere with the rights of other exhibitors or attendees. Management may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any action resulting in complaints from other exhibitors or attendees and which interferes with the rights of others or exposes them to annoyance or danger. Exhibitor’s unreasonable interference with, or inconvenience to the Exhibition, exhibitors or attendees shall be deemed a breach of the Application.
Good Neighbor Policy. CONTRACTOR shall provide initial and on-going training and staff development that includes 21 but is not limited to the following:
Good Neighbor Policy. A. SUBRECIPIENT shall comply with COUNTY’s Good Neighbor Policy. SUBRECIPIENT shall establish good neighbor practices for its facilities that include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Provision of parking adequate for the needs of its employees and service population;
2. Provision of adequate waiting and visiting areas;
3. Provision of adequate restroom facilities located inside the facility;
4. Implementation of litter control services;
5. Removal of graffiti within seventy-two hours;
6. Provision for control of loitering and management of crowds;
7. Maintenance of facility grounds, including landscaping, in a manner that is consistent with the neighborhood in which the facility is located;
8. Participation in area crime prevention and nuisance abatement efforts; and
9. Undertake such other good neighbor practices as determined appropriate by COUNTY, based on COUNTY’s individualized assessment of SUBRECIPIENT’s facility, services and actual impacts on the neighborhood in which such facility is located.
B. SUBRECIPIENT shall identify, either by sign or other method as approved by the DIRECTOR, a named representative who shall be responsible for responding to any complaints relating to SUBRECIPIENT’s compliance with the required good neighbor practices specified in this Section. SUBRECIPIENT shall post the name and telephone number of such contact person on the outside of the facility, unless otherwise advised by DIRECTOR.
C. SUBRECIPIENT shall comply with all applicable public nuisance ordinances.
D. SUBRECIPIENT shall establish an ongoing relationship with the surrounding businesses, law enforcement and neighborhood groups and shall be an active member of the neighborhood in which SUBRECIPIENT’s site is located.
E. If COUNTY finds that SUBRECIPIENT has failed to comply with the Good Neighbor Policy, COUNTY shall notify SUBRECIPIENT in writing that corrective action must be taken by SUBRECIPIENT within a specified time frame. If SUBRECIPIENT fails to take such corrective action, COUNTY shall take such actions as are necessary to implement the necessary corrective action. COUNTY shall deduct any actual costs incurred by COUNTY when implementing such corrective action from any amounts payable to SUBRECIPIENT under this Agreement.
F. SUBRECIPIENT’s continued non-compliance with the Good Neighbor Policy shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement and may also result in ineligibility for additional or future contracts with COUNTY.
Good Neighbor Policy. Please be sure to observe all rules and regulations which are provided for each property. All guests and owners are required to follow all rules and regulations of the community. Violators are subject to eviction and/or fines.
Good Neighbor Policy a. The Contractor must xxxxxx strong community engagement and implement a good neighbor policy that support the long-term success of the Yale Navigation Center. Contractor will have an associate director of Community Engagement to implement a four-phase, community- based process to assess needs and expectations:
1) Phase One: Engages key stakeholders (i.e., governments, service providers, neighborhood councils and leaders, faith groups, and first responders).
Good Neighbor Policy. Any exhibitor using audio, video, or live content in their booth for the purpose of demonstrating equipment or otherwise, agrees that such content will be appropriate for a general audience, and agrees to refrain from using content that may be considered offensive to such an audience. In the event of a complaint from any person regarding the content used by Exhibitor, CTA will investigate and if, in the sole discretion of CTA, such content is determined to be offensive, CTA will request Exhibitor to cease using such content. In the event Exhibitor refuses CTA’s request, or a subsequent complaint is filed against Exhibitor, CTA reserves the right to shut off the power to Exhibitor’s booth until Exhibitor complies with CTA’s request. Repeated violations of this policy can, at CTA’s discretion, result in expulsion from CES and exclusion from future shows.
