Common use of Good Repair Clause in Contracts

Good Repair. Holdings will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. Holdings will, and will cause each of its ----------- Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted, and and, subject to Section 8.08, that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner useful or customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. Each of Holdings and each Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's ’s possession they may be, are kept in reasonably good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, in each case, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. Holdings will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal ordinary wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner useful or customary for companies in similar businesses.

Holdings will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful necessary in the operation of its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in generally good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and and, subject to SECTION 7.5, that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner useful or customary for companies in similar businessesbusinesses in management's judgment.

Good Repair.
