Common use of Good Repair Clause in Contracts

Good Repair. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever’s possession they may be, are kept in reasonably good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, in each case, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. Each Credit Agreement Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment required to be used or useful in its business in whomsoever’s possession they may be, are kept in reasonably good repair, working order and condition, normal ordinary wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, in each case, to the extent and in the manner useful or customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. Each Credit Party will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever’s possession they may be, are kept in reasonably good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and dispositions permitted pursuant to Section 7.02 hereof excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, in each case, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Each of the Credit Party will, Parties shall keep all of the assets and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in the conduct of its business in whomsoever’s possession they may be, are kept in reasonably good repair, working order and condition, normal ordinary wear and tear excepted, excepted and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment shall make, or cause to be made, all needful and proper repairs, renewals, renewals and replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements thereto, in all material respects in each case, to the extent case and all as in the manner customary for companies reasonable judgment of such Credit Party may be necessary so that the business carried on by such Credit Party may be properly advantageously conducted at all times in similar businessesall material respects.
