Common use of Good Repair Clause in Contracts

Good Repair. The Company will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements, thereto, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. The Company will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's ’s possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements, improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. The Company will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties properties, its operating drilling rigs and other equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements, improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner useful or customary for companies in similar businesses.

Good Repair. The Company willshall, and will shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that keep its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal reasonable wear and tear excepted, and that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment make all needful necessary and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments additions and improvements, improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner customary for companies in similar businesses.;

Good Repair. The Company will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, ensure that its material properties and equipment used or useful in its business in whomsoever's possession they may be, are kept in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted, and and, subject to Section 8.08, that from time to time there are made in such properties and equipment all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, extensions, additions, betterments and improvements, improvements thereto, to the extent and in the manner useful or customary for companies in similar businesses.
