GOOD SOCIAL MANAGEMENT PRACTICE. The Contractor shall perform its obligations under this Contract diligently, observe good social management practices, and comply with relevant laws, regulations, decrees and orders concerning environmental protection, corporate social responsibility and employees of the Contractor engaged in performing the Services. The Contractor agrees to make its best endeavour to uphold and to ensure that the Contractor-Related Persons also uphold the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact. The Contractor acknowledges that it has reviewed these principles, which are available on the United Nations Global Compact website: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
