Goods and Services Expenditure Report. The Authority encourages the Contractor to use certified minority and woman-owned firms when purchasing and subcontracting for goods and services (i.e. goods and services referred to in Section 4.09). The Contractor shall submit a report of Goods and Services expenditures each month with its Monthly Certified Statement as shown on Exhibit D-2.
