Common use of GOODS RETURNED FOR CREDIT Clause in Contracts

GOODS RETURNED FOR CREDIT. (a) The Purchaser may return goods for credit only with the Seller’s prior written consent. A handling and restocking charge of 20% may be charged at the Sellers discretion. The credit given for returned goods will be the value of the goods only, adjusted for any handling and restocking fee, exclusive of any freight, handling or other charge that might have applied to the original invoice.
