Items Returned Unpaid. A written notice will be sent to you of transactions we are unable to process because of returned items. With respect to any item(s) that you transmit to us for remote deposit that we credit to your account, in the event such item(s) is dishonored, you authorize us to debit the amount of such item(s) from your account, including any applicable fees as stated in our current Service Charge and Fee Disclosure.

With respect to any item that I transmit to ECU for remote deposit that ECU credits to my Account, I authorize ECU to debit the amount of any dishonored item from the Account. Email Address I agree to notify ECU immediately if I change my email address, as this is the email address where ECU will send me notification of receipt of remote deposit items.
