Common use of Goods returned Clause in Contracts

Goods returned. The Company will not accept any Goods returned unless agreed in advance with the Company. The Company will not accept debit notes and with the exception of any Goods deemed to be defective and covered under warranty, reserves the right to return the Goods to the Purchaser or make a 25% re-stocking charge after the Goods have been accepted.
