Redundancy Contributions. 25.1 The Employer is, and will remain during the life of this Agreement, a member of the Redundancy Payment Approved Worker Entitlement Fund 1 (“Incolink Number 4 Fund”) of which Redundancy Payment Central Fund Ltd ("Incolink") is trustee or an equivalent approved worker entitlement fund that is administered and/or managed by Incolink (the “Nominated Redundancy Fund”). References in this clause to "Nominated Redundancy Fund" include a reference to another fund for comparable purposes nominated by Incolink for the purposes of this Agreement as a fund which supersedes the Incolink Number 4 Fund.
25.2 All Employees of the Employer will be enrolled by the Employer in the Nominated Redundancy Fund and be entitled to Redundancy benefits in accordance with the terms of the relevant Trust Deed.
25.3 The Employer will pay a minimum of $160 to the Nominated Redundancy Fund on behalf of each Employee on a weekly basis (except where Clause 25.4 applies) in accordance with the trust deed or other governing documents, save that if Incolink nominates any other fund under clause 25.1 the Employer will
25.4 Redundancy contributions on behalf of Employees who have entered in to a part-time/job sharing arrangement under clause 14.2 will be pro-rated. For clarity casual Employees are entitled to the full contribution at clause 25.3 above.
25.5 The liability of the Employer to pay redundancy payments to an Employee under this clause will be met by the making of the contributions on behalf of the Employee required as a member of the Nominated Redundancy Fund, or by another fund nominated by Incolink under clause 25.1.

Redundancy Contributions. 23.1 The Employer will ensure that a weekly amount is paid equal to the following: • $77.00 per Employee effective first pay period from commencement; • $81.00 per Employee effective first pay period July 2022; • $85.00 per Employee effective first pay period July 2023; and • $89.00 per Employee effective first pay period July 2024.
23.2 Apprentice contributions shall be calculated using the following percentage of the trade rate: • 1st stage – 50%; • 2nd stage – 60%; • 3rd stage – 75%; and • 4th stage – 90%.
23.3 The following funds have been identified as applicable for the purposes of the provision of redundancy Trust Funds: • All classifications under this agreement : XXXX
23.4 Where the Employee is with XXXX and their balance in the Employee's Redundancy fund reaches $15,000.00 or an amount that equals 10 weeks' wages, the Employee will have the option to continue to have contributions paid to their Redundancy fund. It is the Employee's option only. If the employee opts, they can have the equivalent monies directed as a co-contribution into their superannuation. Where an Employee exercises (or has exercised) this option, his or her Redundancy entitlement will be deemed met for all current and future entitlements arising from the current employment engagement.
23.5 In the case of contributions made to Employees who have XXXX redundancy account, the Employer must also contribute the amounts prescribed below. In the case of the construction worker, mobile crane, piling and plumbing and mechanical service classifications the payment is to be made to BEWT and in the case of electrical worker classifications payment is to be made to JetCo an amount equal to the following: • $10.00 per Employee effective first pay period from commencement; • $10.00 per Employee effective first pay period July 2022; • $10.00 per Employee effective first pay period July 2023; and • $10.00 per Employee effective first pay period July 2024. Contributions will continue to be paid on behalf of an Employee during any absence on paid leave such as annual leave, long service leave, public holidays, sick leave and bereavement leave. The Employer shall also be required to make contributions while an Employee is absent from work and is claiming workers' compensation for a maximum period of 12 months.
23.6 Where the Employee's balance in the Employee's Redundancy fund reaches $15,000.00 or an amount that equals 10 weeks' wages, the Employee will have the option to continue to have contri...

Redundancy Contributions. (a) Service Stream Maintenance will make redundancy contributions in respect of each employee engaged under the terms of this Agreement (excluding casuals, apprentices and trainees). These redundancy contributions will be paid into MERT or another fund by agreement / redundancy fund.
Redundancy Contributions. (a) The Company agrees to continue its participation in the MERT Scheme, until an alternative redundancy type scheme can be agreed upon.
(b) For all Employees covered by this Agreement, contributions will be at the following rates: • July 1 2006 - $57.69 • July 1 2007 - $59.42 • July 1 2008 - $61.20
