Equipment Return. You may use the Leased Equipment provided under this plan only while you remain an active customer in good standing and in compliance with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the RCA). You must return all Leased Equipment in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment. If you acquired your Leased Equipment from a retailer, then you must return all Leased Equipment to: (A) your original retailer, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first 30 days following your initial activation of programming; or (B) DISH, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs after such 30-day period. You are responsible for and shall bear all costs, expenses and risk of returning your Leased Equipment, including, without limitation, risk of loss during shipment. You are not responsible under the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the return of equipment other than your Leased Equipment. Following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment (unless you acquired your Leased Equipment from a retailer and the cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first 30 days following your initial activation of programming and you returned Leased Equipment to such retailer within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment), DISH will send you one or more return labels or empty boxes (depending on your Leased Equipment) to be used by you in returning your Leased Equipment and DISH will charge you up to $20.00 for each such return label or empty box (“Box Return Fee”). The BoxReturn Fee is subject to change at any time. Unless you are a resident of a Remote Area of Alaska, you also have the option of contacting DISH by calling 000-000-XXXX (000-000-0000) to request that DISH or our designee(s) perform an in-home service call to remove your Leased Equipment at DISH’s then-current in-home service call rate, which rate is subject to change at any time. You must return all Leased Equipment in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment. You are responsible for and shall bear all costs, expenses and risk of returning the Leased Equipment, including, without limitation, risk of loss during shipment. You are not responsible under the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the return of equipment other than the Leased Equipment. Following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment, DISH will send you one or more return labels or empty boxes (depending on your Leased Equipment) to be used by you in returning the Leased Equipment and DISH will charge you up to $20.00 for each such return label or empty box (“Box Return Fee”). Equipment Return. You may use the satellite modem and TRIA under this plan only while you remain an active customer in good standing and in compliance with this Agreement, the Fair Access Policy, the Data Allowance Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the RCA and all other agreements (if any) between you and DISH. For the avoidance of doubt, the terms and conditions of the RCA applicable to leased equipment thereunder shall apply to all DISH Equipment provided hereunder. If you acquired the DISH Equipment directly from DISH, you must return the satellite modem and TRIA in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within 30 days following downgrade or disconnection to DISH. You must call DISH at 000-000-XXXX (3474) immediately after your downgrade or disconnection to receive a return authorization number and delivery instructions for return of the DISH Equipment. If you acquired the DISH Equipment from a retailer, you must return all DISH Equipment to: (A) your original retailer, if such downgrade or disconnection occurs during the first 180 days following your initial activation of programming; or (B) DISH, if such downgrade or disconnection occurs after such 180-day period. You are responsible for and shall bear all costs and expenses of returning the DISH Equipment. You are not responsible under the terms of this Agreement for the return of equipment other than the DISH Equipment. A $17.00 charge will apply if you use a pre-paid label and empty box provided by DISH in returning the DISH Equipment; this charge is subject to change at any time. You also have the option of contacting DISH by calling 800-333-DISH (3474) to request that DISH perform an in-home service call to remove the DISH Equipment at DISH’s then-current in-home service call rate, which rate is subject to change at any time.
Equipment Return. If the Equipment is returned to XFS, it shall be in the same condition as when delivered to you, except for “ordinary wear and tear” and, if not in such condition, you will be liable for all expenses XFS incurs to return the Equipment to such condition. IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE ANY SENSITIVE DATA AND PERMANENTLY DELETE SUCH DATA FROM THE INTERNAL MEDIA STORAGE PRIOR TO RETURNING THE EQUIPMENT TO XFS. YOU SHALL HOLD XFS HARMLESS FROM YOUR FAILURE TO SECURE AND PERMANENTLY DELETE ALL SUCH CUSTOMER DATA AS OUTLINED IN THIS SECTION.
Equipment Return a. The Motor Carrier shall use the Equipment for only the purposes for which it was interchanged, not authorize use by others, and promptly return the Equipment after its interchange purpose is complete. An Addendum to this Agreement does not constitute a separate bilateral equipment interchange agreement. [Revised 01/03/23] b. Motor Carrier shall return the Equipment to the physical location at which the Equipment was received unless the Provider directs the Equipment to be returned to a satellite location(s) as specified in a notification from the Provider to Motor Carrier via internet posting or e-mail to return the Equipment to a Provider-designated satellite location, listed in IANA’s Equipment Return Location Directory (ERLD). Satellite location(s) are facilities which are within the same local commercial territory and support operations of the Provider for the location from which the Equipment was originally received. Whenever a return location is changed, Provider must notify the Motor Carrier by e-mail by 16:00 p.m. local time the business day prior to the change becoming effective. Motor Carrier must furnish the Provider with e-mail addresses to be used for Motor Carrier notification when return locations are changed. [Revised 01/03/23] c. Provider may add or delete satellite locations to its listing by giving fourteen (14) days written notice to IANA. [Added 02/08/16] d. Should the notification required under subsection 1.b. above not be made one (1) business day prior to the effective date of the change, and the late notification delayed the Interchange of Equipment, then the Motor Carrier would be entitled to one (1) additional business day to return the Equipment. [Added 02/08/16] e. When the Provider requests the Motor Carrier to return Equipment to a satellite location, the Parties are required to have a reasonable discussion regarding whether additional compensation or free time will be extended to the Motor Carrier. Nothing in Section E. shall be interpreted to preclude Motor Carrier from receiving compensation when Provider directs Equipment to be returned to a satellite location. The specific terms of compensation for services rendered or additional free time in these circumstances is outside the scope of this Agreement and shall be determined between the Motor Carrier and the Provider. Equipment Return. Upon termination of the Service for any reason, Customer agrees immediately to allow the return of the Equipment to PSINet. PSINet retains all rights to recover possession of the Equipment from Customer. LIMITED WARRANTIES.

You will be charged the Return Box Fee(s) regardless of whether you use the box(es) and label(s) to return your Equipment. The Return Box Fee is subject to change at any time. Unless dishNET determines that you are a resident of a remote area of Alaska, you also have the option of contacting dishNET by calling 0.000.000.0000 to request that dishNET perform an in- home service call to remove the Equipment at dishNET’s then-current in-home service call rate, which rate is subject to change at any time. For purposes of this Agreement, Equipment will not be deemed returned until received by dishNET in good working condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.

Equipment Return. Any equipment provided by JXX and placed at the Client’s site during the term of this Addendum must be returned at termination of this Addendum at the expense of Client. Client will pay to JXX an amount equal to the fair market value of any equipment not returned to JXX within thirty (30) days after termination. If Client changes the Processing Services provided to Client under this Addendum and said change results in Equipment, communications systems and lines which will no longer be needed, the Client shall bear all fees associated with said items including but not limited to buyouts of the contracts and leases and termination fees associated therewith as applicable.
