Common use of Goods/Services Supplied Clause in Contracts

Goods/Services Supplied. 2.1. The Supplier agrees to supply the Goods to IOM when requested by Purchase Order (sample attached as Annex D) in the amounts outlined therein in strict accordance with the specifications, and at the price stated for each item in the Price Schedule in Annex B, in accordance with the Technical Specifications outlined in Annex C and in line with the delivery schedule outlined by each Purchase Order.
