3. The parties agree to amend the Agreement by replacing Schedule A in its entirety with the Schedule A, attached hereto.
4. The parties agree to amend the Agreement by replacing Schedule B in its entirety with the Schedule B, attached hereto.
5. The parties agree to amend the Agreement by replacing Schedule C in its entirety with the Schedule C, attached hereto.
6. The parties agree to amend the Agreement by replacing Schedule D in its entirety with the Schedule D, attached hereto.
7. For the avoidance of doubt, all other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Addendum and the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of this Addendum shall control.
