Governance Documents. Amend, supplement or otherwise modify the terms of the Articles of Organization or the Operating Agreement of the Lessee in any way.

Neither the Company nor any Company Subsidiary is in material violation of any of the provisions of its articles of incorporation, by-laws or equivalent organizational documents.
