Governance Limits Clause Samples

The Governance Limits clause sets boundaries on the authority and decision-making powers of a governing body or committee within an organization or agreement. Typically, it outlines specific areas where the governing group can act, such as financial thresholds, types of decisions requiring higher approval, or matters reserved for a broader membership vote. By clearly defining these limits, the clause helps prevent overreach, ensures accountability, and maintains a balance of power within the organization.
