Governing Law and Dispute. Resolution The terms of the Agreement shall be governed, interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. All disputes, and claims arising under or pursuant to the Agreement shall be referred in the first instance solely to the competent court of Oost-Brabant.
