Governing Laws and Dispute Resolution. 12.1 Please refer to the Clause of "Governing Law and Dispute Resolution" (Clause 9) of the HUAWEI Partner Paid Service Agreement. 12.2 Customer agrees that regardless of which company enters into this Agreement, if Customer's Business Area is a country/region with legal requirements beyond those set forth in this Agreement, Customer undertakes to carry out their activities in accordance with such requirements. If Huawei is held liable for Customer's culpable violation of the legislation of the country/region in which its Business Area is located, Customer undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Huawei against any and all the losses.
