Common use of Government Agency Clause in Contracts

Government Agency. The term, "Government Agency", shall mean government or governmental agency, public, statutory, semi- governmental or judicial entity, body or authority (including, but without limitation, any stock exchange or self-regulatory organization established under any law or regulation).

Government Agency. The term, "term “Government Agency", ” shall mean government or governmental any legislative body, court, agency, publicauthority, statutory, semi- governmental or judicial entity, body or authority board (including, but without limitation, health and long term care, environmental protection, planning and zoning), bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any stock exchange nature whatsoever of any governmental or selfquasi-regulatory organization established under governmental unit of the United States or the State or any law county or regulation)any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, whether now or hereafter in existence, having jurisdiction over Manager or the Facility or any portion thereof.
