Common use of Government Assurances Clause in Contracts

Government Assurances. The Government hereby provides the following assurances to MCC that as of the date this Compact is signed: (a) The information contained in the Proposal and any agreement, report, statement, communication, document or otherwise delivered or otherwise communicated to MCC by or on behalf of the Government on or after the date of the submission of the Proposal (i) are true, correct and complete in all material respects and (ii) do not omit any fact known to the Government that if disclosed would (1) alter in any material respect the information delivered,
