Relief From Eviction Laws. Group shall, in conjunction with any other local authorities, and to the extent applicable to the particular jurisdiction, waive any and all landlord/tenant eviction laws or prohibitions and issue applicable orders and writs for removing any persons in the Hotel (i) who will not vacate prior to the Commencement Date or (ii) who will not vacate upon conclusion of the Term. Further, Group shall cause law enforcement to facilitate removal of all such individuals. In addition, should any Group occupant fail to leave the Hotel, the Term and the related financial obligations shall continue until such occupants depart and the Departure Requirements of Article VIII are completed. Group shall be solely responsible and liable for all claims arising from this Section 22.1.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Montana Workers' Compensation Act while performing work for the Department of Montana in accordance with 00-00-000, 00-00-000, and 00-00-000, MCA. Proof of compliance must be in the form of workers' compensation insurance, an independent contractor's exemption, or documentation of corporate officer status.
