Provider acknowledges and agrees that the Department, the Office of Inspector General, the Comptroller General, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) or their authorized representatives or their designees shall have the right to inspect or otherwise evaluate the quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of services provided under the terms of the applicable State Contract and any other applicable rules, including the right to inspect and audit any records or documents of Provider and its subcontractors, and the right to inspect the premises, physical facilities, and equipment where Medicaid-related activities or work is conducted.
