Government Consents, Authorizations, Etc. All consents, authorizations, orders or approvals of, and filings or registrations with, any Federal, state, local or foreign governmental commission, board or other regulatory body which are required for or in connection with the execution and delivery by the Buyer of this Agreement and the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and the consummation by the Buyer of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby shall have been obtained or made.
