Common use of GOVERNMENT DATA PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT DATA PRACTICES. Parties to this Agreement must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 (Data Practices Act), as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Agreement. The civil remedies of Minn. Stat. § 13.08 apply to the release of the data governed by the Minnesota Government Practices Act, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, by either the Vendor or MMCAP Infuse.

Parties The Recipient agrees, with respect to this Agreement must any data that it possesses regarding the Project, to comply with all of the provisions and restrictions contained in the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Statutes, Chapter 13 (Data Practices Act)13, that exist as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Agreement. The civil remedies of Minn. Stat. § 13.08 apply to the release of the data governed by the Minnesota Government Practices Actdate of this Agreement and as such may subsequently be amended, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, by either the Vendor modified or MMCAP Infusereplaced from time to time.
