Common use of GOVERNMENT DATA PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT DATA PRACTICES. Parties to this Agreement must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 (Data Practices Act), as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under this Agreement. The civil remedies of Minn. Stat. § 13.08 apply to the release of the data governed by the Minnesota Government Practices Act, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, by either the Vendor or MMCAP Infuse.

Parties The parties agree to this Agreement must comply with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13 (Data Practices Act), as it applies to all data created, collected, received, stored, used, maintained, or disseminated by the Vendor under parties in accordance with this Agreementcontract. The civil remedies of Minn. Stat. § Minnesota Statute §13.08 apply to the release of the data governed by the Minnesota Government Practices Act, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, referred to in this clause by either SSC or Consultant. Further, the Vendor or MMCAP Infuseparties will notify the other party within two business days of any request it receives to release data as a result of this agreement.
