Government Funding No government funding, facilities or resources of any government, international organization, university, college, other educational institution or research center was used in the development of the Company Products or Company Intellectual Property.
Government Programs The Property is subject to the government programs listed below or on the attached exhibit:
Government Procurement 1. Articles II, XVI and XVII shall not apply to laws, regulations or requirements governing the procurement by governmental agencies of services purchased for governmental purposes and not with a view to commercial resale or with a view to use in the supply of services for commercial sale.
2. There shall be multilateral negotiations on government procurement in services under this Agreement within two years from the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement.
Government Action Any government authority takes action that the Bank believes materially adversely affects the Borrower's (or any guarantor's) financial condition or ability to repay.
Government Use If the Software, Documentation, Materials and any other Licensor services are being or have been acquired with U.S. Federal Government funds, or Customer is an agency, department, or other entity of the United States Government ("Government"), the use, duplication, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Software or any related documentation of any kind, including technical data, manuals or Materials, is restricted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.212 for civilian agencies and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 227.7202 for military agencies. The Software, Materials, and any Licensor services are COMMERCIAL ITEMS AS DEFINED BY THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION. Use of the Software and Materials by the Government is further restricted according to the Agreement and any amendment hereto.
Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48
GOVERNMENT SERVICE 1. a) Salaries, wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.
Government Consent No order, consent, approval, license, authorization or validation of, or filing, recording or registration with, or exemption by, any governmental or public body or authority is required on the part of the Borrower to authorize, or is required in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of, or the legality, validity, binding effect or enforceability of, the Loan Documents.
GOVERNMENT ACQUISITION 18.1 The Bank has not received any notification of any acquisition by the acquiring authority of the whole or any part of the Property. In the event of any such acquisition or intended acquisition the sale of the Property shall not be annulled nor there be any adjustment or abatement of the Purchase Price. In this respect, upon full payment of the Purchase Price by the Purchaser to the Bank together with all interest on late payment (if any) all compensation which may be paid by the acquiring authority shall belong to the Purchaser.
Government Filings Within five (5) days after the same are sent or received, copies of all correspondence, reports, documents and other filings by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with any Governmental Authority regarding compliance with or maintenance of Governmental Approvals or Applicable Law or that could reasonably be expected to have a material effect on any of the Governmental Approvals or otherwise on the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries;
