Government Official. In the event that during the term of this Agreement a Non-U.S. Government Official acquires a direct or indirect interest in Distributor or in the transaction contemplated by this Agreement, or any Non-U.S. Government Official becomes an owner, director or employee of Distributor, or any owner, director or employee of Distributor becomes a Non-U.S. Government Official, Distributor agrees to make immediate written disclosure to Supplier. Upon such an event, this Agreement will become subject to immediate termination by Supplier.
