GOVERNMENT REQUISITION Clause Samples

GOVERNMENT REQUISITION. If the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine is requisitioned for use by any Government Entity, LESSEE will promptly notify LESSOR of such requisition. All of LESSEE's obligations hereunder will continue as if such requisition had not occurred. So long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all payments received by LESSOR or LESSEE from such Government Entity will be paid over to or retained by LESSEE. If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all payments received by LESSEE or LESSOR from such Government Entity may be used by LESSOR to satisfy any obligations owing by LESSEE.

GOVERNMENT REQUISITION. If the Aircraft, Airframe, any Engine or the APU is requisitioned for use by any Government Entity, Lessee will promptly notify Lessor of such requisition. All of Lessee’s obligations hereunder will continue as if such requisition had not occurred. So long as no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Government Entity will be paid over to or retained by Lessee. GOVERNMENT REQUISITION. If the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine is requisitioned for use by any Governmental Body, and such requisition does not constitute a Total Loss, Lessee will promptly notify Lessor of such requisition. All of ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s obligations hereunder will continue as if such requisition had not occurred (other than any of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s obligations the performance of which is rendered impossible solely as a result of the requisition). Subject to Section 19.10, all payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Governmental Body will be paid over to or retained by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all payments received by Lessor from such Governmental Body may be used by Lessor to satisfy any obligations owing by Lessee.

GOVERNMENT REQUISITION. If the Aircraft, any Engine or any Aircraft Item is requisitioned for use by any Governmental Authority, Lessee shall promptly notify Lessor of such requisition. All of Lessee’s obligations under this Agreement will continue as if such requisition had not occurred. So long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and Lessor has received all amounts then due under this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, all payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such Governmental Authority will be paid over to or retained by L▇▇▇▇▇. If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing or if Lessor has not received all amounts then due under this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, all payments received by Lessee or Lessor from such Governmental Authority may be used by Lessor to satisfy any obligations owing by Lessee and Lessee shall promptly transfer all amounts that it receives from such Governmental Authority to Lessor.
