Common use of Government Usage Clause in Contracts

Government Usage. This is a commercial item agreement. If the Services are acquired by or on behalf of the U.S. Government, a state or local government, or a prime contractor or subcontractor (of any tier) of the foregoing, such government customers and users shall obtain only those commercial license rights set forth in the Agreement remain in full force.
