Common use of Governmental Authority Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” shall mean any federal, national, state, provincial, municipal or other governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality or any court or tribunal, in each case whether of the United States, any of its possessions or territories or of any foreign nation.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” shall mean any nation or government, any federal, national, state, provincial, municipal local or other governmental departmentpolitical subdivision thereof and any entity exercising executive, commissionlegislative, boardjudicial, bureau, agency regulatory or instrumentality administrative functions of or any court or tribunal, in each case whether of the United States, any of its possessions or territories or of any foreign nationpertaining to government.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” shall mean any and all foreign, federal, nationalstate or local governments, stategovernmental institutions, provincial, municipal or other public authorities and governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality or any court or tribunal, in each case whether of the United States, any of its possessions or territories or entities of any foreign nationnature whatsoever, and any subdivisions or instrumentalities thereof, including, but not limited to, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, agencies, courts, administrations and panels, and any divisions or instrumentalities thereof, whether permanent or ad hoc and whether now or hereafter constituted or existing.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” shall mean any federalaction or government, national, state, provincial, municipal any state or other governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality or any court or tribunal, in each case whether of the United Statespolitical subdivision thereof, any agency, authority, instrumentality, regulatory body, court, central bank or other entity exercising executive, legislative, judicial, taxing, regulatory or administrative functions of its possessions or territories or of any foreign nationpertaining to government.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” Authority “shall mean any and all applicable foreign, federal, nationalstate or local governments, stategovernmental institutions, provincial, municipal or other public authorities and governmental department, commission, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality or any court or tribunal, in each case whether of the United States, any of its possessions or territories or entities of any foreign nationnature whatsoever, and any subdivisions or instrumentalities thereof, including, but not limited to, departments, boards, bureaus, commissions, agencies, courts, administrations and panels, and any division or instrumentalities thereof, whether permanent or ad hoc and whether now or hereafter constituted or existing.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” shall mean any federal, foreign or domestic national, state, provincial, municipal territorial, or other local: governmental department, authority; quasi-governmental authority; court; governmental organization; governmental commission, ; governmental board, bureau, agency or instrumentality instrumentality; regulatory, administrative or other agency; or any court political or tribunalother subdivision, in each case whether department, or branch of any of the United States, foregoing; or any other entity acting under color of its possessions or territories or of any foreign nationlaw.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” shall mean any (i) federal, national, state, provinciallocal, municipal municipal, foreign or other government, (ii) governmental or quasi-governmental entity of any nature (including any governmental agency, branch, department, commissionofficial, board, bureau, agency or instrumentality or entity and any court or other tribunal) or (iii) body exercising, in each case whether of the United Statesor entitled to exercise any administrative, any of its possessions executive, judicial, legislative, police, regulatory, or territories taxing authority or power of any foreign nationnature, including any arbitral tribunal.

Governmental Authority. The term “Governmental Authority” shall mean any and all federal, national, state, provincial, municipal or other governmental departmentlocal governments, any subdivision, agency, court, tribunal, commission, boardboard or authority thereof, bureau, agency or instrumentality or any court quasi- governmental body or tribunal, in each case whether of the United States, any of its possessions other authority exercising governmental or territories regulatory authority or of any foreign nationcontrol.

Governmental Authority. “Governmental Authority” shall mean any federalFederal, national, state, provincial, municipal state or other governmental local government or any department, commission, boardpolitical subdivision, bureau, agency agency, office or instrumentality officer thereof, or any court other governmental authority having jurisdiction over the requirements of every statute, law, ordinance, regulation, rule requirement, order or tribunaldirective, in each case whether of the United Statesnow or hereafter made by such Federal, state or local government or any of its possessions department, political subdivision, bureau, agency, office or territories or of any foreign nationofficer thereof.
