GOVERNMENTAL EXAMINATIONS. If required by a regulatory authority, agency or commission, Customer authorizes Fidelity to furnish Data and/or Output thereto at Customer’s expense. Customer hereby authorizes Fidelity to comply with all applicable provisions of any statute, law, regulation or ordinance of any governmental authority having jurisdiction, including, but not limited to any laws pertaining to governmental regulation and examination of services.
