Common use of Governmental Intervention Clause in Contracts

Governmental Intervention. By or under the authority of any government: (a) the management of any Obligor is wholly or partially displaced or the authority of any Obligor in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or (b) all or a majority of the issued shares of any Obligor or the whole or any part (the book value of which is 10 per cent. or more of the book value of the whole) of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalised, expropriated or compulsorily acquired and which has a Material Adverse Effect.

Governmental Intervention. By or under the authority of any government: (a) 24.16.1 the management of any Obligor is wholly or partially displaced or the authority of any Obligor member of the Group in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or (b) 24.16.2 all or a majority of the issued shares of any Obligor or the whole or any part (the book value of which is 10 20 per cent. or more of the book value of the whole) of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalised, expropriated or compulsorily acquired and which has a Material Adverse Effectacquired.

Governmental Intervention. By or under the authority of any government: (a) 23.16.1 the management of any Obligor is wholly or partially displaced or the authority of any Obligor member of the Group in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or (b) 23.16.2 all or a majority of the issued shares of any Obligor or the whole or any part (the book value of which is 10 20 per cent. or more of the book value of the whole) of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalised, expropriated or compulsorily acquired and which has a Material Adverse Effectacquired.

Governmental Intervention. By or under the authority of any government: , (a) the management of any Obligor is wholly or partially displaced or the authority of any Obligor in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or curtailed or (b) all or a majority of the issued shares of any Obligor or the whole or any part (the book value of which is 10 twenty per cent. or more of the book value of the whole) of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalised, expropriated or compulsorily acquired and which has a Material Adverse Effectacquired.

By or under the authority of any government: , (a) all, or substantially all of, the management of any an Obligor is wholly or partially displaced or the authority of any an Obligor in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or curtailed ((in each case) which would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect) or (b) all or a majority of the issued shares of any an Obligor or the whole or any part (the book value of which is 10 per cent. or more of the book value of the wholewould reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect) of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalised, expropriated or compulsorily acquired and which has a Material Adverse Effectacquired.

By or under the authority of any government: (a) the management of an Obligor or any Obligor Material Company is wholly or partially substantially displaced or the authority of an Obligor or any Obligor Material Company in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially substantially curtailed; or (b) all or a majority of the issued shares of an Obligor or any Obligor Material Company or the whole or any a substantial part (the book value of which is 10 per cent. or more of the book value of the whole) of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalised, expropriated or compulsorily acquired and which has a Material Adverse Effectacquired.

Governmental Intervention. By or under the authority of any government: (a) the management of any the Obligor is wholly or partially substantially displaced or the authority of any the Obligor in the conduct of its business is wholly or partially curtailed; or (b) all or a majority of the issued shares of, common or participating preferred stock of any or equity interest in the Obligor or the whole or any substantial part (the book value of which is 10 per cent. or more of the book value of the whole) of its revenues or assets is seized, nationalisednationalized, expropriated or compulsorily acquired and which has a Material Adverse Effectacquired.
