Common use of Governmental Requirements Clause in Contracts

Governmental Requirements. The term “Governmental Requirements” means all laws, rules, standards, specifications and requirements of all Governmental Authorities applicable to the development of the Subdivision or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loans.

Governmental Requirements. The term “"Governmental Requirements” means " shall mean all laws, ordinances, rules, standards, specifications and requirements regulations of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to Borrower, HCP, NHP, the development of the Subdivision Property or the Lotsany Partnership Property, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansbut not limited to those described above.

The term “Governmental Requirements” means shall mean all laws, ordinances, rules, standardsregulations, specifications orders and requirements decrees of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to the development of the Subdivision Borrower, or the LotsPremises, including without limitation but not limited to, those related to zoning, building restrictions, safety, environmental protection, and accessibility to the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansdisabled.
