Common use of Governmental Requirements Clause in Contracts

Governmental Requirements. The term “Governmental Requirements” means all laws, rules, standards, specifications and requirements of all Governmental Authorities applicable to the development of the Subdivision or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loans.

Governmental Requirements. The term “Governmental Requirements” " means all existing and future laws, ordinances, rules, standardsregulations, specifications orders, and requirements of all Governmental Authorities applicable to Borrower, the development Collateral or any of the Subdivision or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansBorrower's other assets.

The term “Governmental Requirements” means shall mean all laws, ordinances, rules, standards, specifications and requirements regulations of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to the development of the Subdivision Borrower, Guarantor, or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansProperty.

The term “"Governmental Requirements” means " shall mean all laws, rulesordinances, standards, specifications rules and requirements regulations of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to the development of the Subdivision Borrower or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansProperty.

Governmental Requirements. The term “Governmental Requirements” means all laws, rules, standards, specifications Laws and requirements of all agreements with any Governmental Authorities Authority that are applicable to the development acquisition, development, construction and/or renovation of the Subdivision Facilities or the Lots, management or operation of the Facilities or the business including without limitation the FHA limitation, all Required Contracts, Approvals and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansany rules, guidelines or restrictions created or imposed by Governmental Authorities.

The term “Governmental Requirements” means shall mean all applicable laws, ordinances, orders, rules, standards, specifications and requirements regulations of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to the development of the Subdivision Borrower or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansProperty.

The term “"Governmental Requirements” means " shall mean all laws, ordinances, rules, standards, specifications and requirements regulations of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to the development of the Subdivision Borrower or the LotsProperty, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansbut not limited to those described above.

The term “Governmental Requirements” means all applicable laws, rules, standardsregulations, specifications orders, ordinances, restrictions and other requirements (including all requirements to have or to obtain permits) of all Governmental Authorities applicable to the development any governmental agency or body with jurisdiction over any portion of the Subdivision or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansShopping Center.

The term “Governmental Requirements” means Requirements shall mean all statutes, laws, rulesordinances, standardsorders, specifications writs, injunctions, decrees, rules and requirements regulations of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to Grantor, the development of the Subdivision Mortgaged Property or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansImprovements.

Governmental Requirements. The term “"Governmental Requirements” means " shall mean all laws, ordinances, rules, standards, specifications and requirements regulations of all any Governmental Authorities Authority applicable to Borrower, HCP, NHP, the development of the Subdivision Property or the Lotsany Partnership Property, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansbut not limited to those described above.

Governmental Requirements. The term “"Governmental Requirements” means " shall mean all federal, state, and local rules, regulations, ordinances, laws, rules, standards, specifications and requirements of all Governmental Authorities applicable to statutes which affect the development use and occupancy of the Subdivision Resorts, the completion, use and occupancy of the Improvements, or the Lots, including without limitation the FHA and VA standards and requirements for mortgage loansBorrower's right to create or sell Intervals.
