Governmental Requirements. Any Collateral constituting real (immovable) property is in compliance with all current governmental requirements affecting such property, including, without limitation, all current coastal zone protection, zoning and land use regulations, building codes and all restrictions and requirements imposed by applicable governmental authorities with respect to the construction of any improvements on such property and the contemplated use of such property.
