The Grade Rating System clause establishes a standardized method for evaluating and categorizing the quality or performance of goods, services, or work delivered under a contract. Grade Rating System. In the event that a position is downgraded under the comparable worth evaluation system to a lower paid classification, the employee would not lose salary, but would be frozen at current salary until the range catches up. No other aspect of the grade rating system is grievable under the terms of this contract.
Grade Rating System. In the event that an Employee voluntarily transfers to a lower paid classification, the Employee shall be placed on the salary schedule on the same step of the new classification as they were in their previous classification.
