GRADING AND WAGES. 5.1 Grading – New Employees 5.1.1 A New Employee shall progress to grade 2 no later than at the end of their first 3 months of service. 5.1.2 Where an employee is appointed as the Assistant Site Manager, that person shall be paid not less than the rate specified for Grade 3.
