FLEXIBILITY OF WORK. 5.2.1Subject to the provisions of this clause, the Company may direct an employee to carry out and the employee shall perform such duties as are either within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training. FLEXIBILITY OF WORK. 11.1 The Managing Director may direct an employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training.
FLEXIBILITY OF WORK. Subject to the provisions of this clause the Company may direct an employee to carry out and the employee shall perform such duties as are either within the limits of the employee’s skill, competence and training. Employees may also be required to perform duties under supervision for which training is being given. Employees shall take all reasonable steps to achieve quality, accuracy and completion of any job or task assigned to the employee. Employees shall not impose any restrictions or limitations on a reasonable review of work methods or standard work times. All reviews carried out by the Company will take into account the potential impact on Occupational Health and Safety. Where possible this will be done in consultation with the workforce.
