Graduate Trainee Program. 5.7.1 If the State employer desires to reimplement the Graduate Trainee Program, it shall meet and negotiate prior to implementation. 5.7.2 In the event the State desires to reimplement the Graduate Trainee program, it will open the program to graduates with any degree relevant to and needed to accomplish the department’s mission.
