Grandfathered Transmission Agreements. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Excepted Transactions will remain in effect for the terms of such agreements. Consistent with practice prior to the Operations Date, the ISO shall exercise its Operating Authority and otherwise fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement in a manner that is consistent with and does not modify or abrogate the terms and conditions of such Excepted Transactions.
