Grandfathering of Contrary Provisions. Contrary provisions in the Local CBA, a local media side letter or individual Employer agreement with the Federation in existence as of the date of this Agreement are grandfathered. Both radio provisions that are more favorable to the Musicians and radio provisions that are more favorable to the Employer are grandfathered. Provisions grandfathered pursuant to this provision shall be provided to the AFM.
