Common use of Grant Award Clause in Contracts

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.00) (the “Maximum Grant Amount”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two One Million Seven Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.001,737,500) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two One Million Seven Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.001,747,500) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.” All references to the Grant amount contained in the Agreement and Exhibits thereto are hereby changed from $1,737,500 to $1,747,500.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Seven Million Six Hundred Fifty One Thousand Six Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.007,651,600) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.0010,500,000) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Ninety Eight Million Four Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.0098,453,615) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Twenty Million Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Thousand Six and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.0020,011,606) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Million Three Hundred Eleven Thousand One Hundred Eighty Two and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.002,311,182) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.” All references to the Grant amount contained in the Agreement and Exhibits thereto are hereby changed from $1,059,000 to $2,311,182.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Four Million Six Hundred Forty Nine Thousand One and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.004,649,001) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.” All other references in the Agreement and any Exhibits thereto to a Grant amount of $5,147,750 are hereby changed to $4,649,001.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in up to the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Nine Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Five and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.00923,745) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

Grant Award. On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Two Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($200,000.002,840,000) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.

On and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Triumph hereby agrees to make a grant (the “Grant”) to Grantee in the aggregate maximum amount of up to Five Million Four Hundred Two Thousand Six Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Forty One Dollars ($200,000.005,402,641) (the “Maximum Grant AmountGrant”) to provide partial funding for the Project.” All references in the Agreement to a $3,484,728 Grant amount are hereby changed to $5,402,641.
