Grant-Back and Affiliates. If an entity that was an Affiliate of a Licensee becomes no longer Affiliated with the Licensee, the entity's obligations under Section 7 shall continue with respect to any Patent that the entity had or acquired between the Effective Date and the moment the entity became no longer Affiliated with the Licensee. 8 NO WARRANTY, INDEMNITY
