Individuals with access to such information must comply with the applicable grant Agreement terms. Xxxxxxx’s single audit is completed at the end of its fiscal year (September 30). Due Dates Project Start: The Grantee must submit the most recent audit or financial review, including the corresponding management letter, to DCJ within thirty (30) days of request; and, if the most recent audit/financial review has not already been submitted to DCJ, it must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the start of this project. Project End: The Grantee assures that it will procure an audit or financial review, incorporating this grant award, by an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed to practice in Colorado. The audit or financial review incorporating this grant award must be completed and received by DCJ within nine (9) months of the end of the fiscal years that includes the end date of the grant, or within thirty (30) days of the completion of such audit or review, whichever is earlier. Report/Audit Type: If your entity expended $750,000 or more in Federal funds (from all sources including pass-through subawards) in your organization’s fiscal year (12-month turnaround reporting period), your organization is required to arrange for a single organization-wide audit conducted in accordance with the provisions of Title 2 C.F.R. Subpart F (§ 200.500, et seq.). For purposes of this grant, the Tribe only needs to release the A-133 or grant single audit.   • Initial Effective Date The initial effective date of coverage under the Group Insurance Program is the thirty-fifth (35th) day following the employee's first day of employment, re- hire, or reinstatement with the State. The initial effective date of coverage for an employee whose eligibility has changed is the date of the change. An employee must be actively at work on the initial effective date of coverage, except that an employee who is on paid leave on the date State-paid life insurance benefits increase is also entitled to the increased life insurance coverage. In no event shall an employee's dependent's coverage become effective before the employee's coverage. If an employee is not actively at work due to employee or dependent health status or medical disability, medical and dental coverage will still take effect. (Life and disability coverage will be delayed until the employee returns to work.)

  • Term/Effective Date This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Staffing Changes The Director’s prior written approval is required for the Consultant to remove, replace or add to any of its staffing identified in Attachment B of an Approved Service Order.

  • Amendment Effective Date This Amendment shall become effective as of the first date (the “Amendment Effective Date”) on which each of the following conditions shall have been satisfied:

  • Effective Date of the Agreement The date indicated in the Agreement on which it becomes effective, but if no such date is indicated, it means the date on which the Agreement is signed and delivered by the last of the two parties to sign and deliver.
