Common use of Grant of Access Clause in Contracts

Grant of Access. Subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Rules and Compliance Guidelines, MLSOK hereby grants to Subscriber during the Term a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to Access the MLSOK System, the MLSOK Services and the MLS Content for the purpose of adding, editing, reviewing, researching and retrieving the MLS Content and using the MLSOK System and the MLSOK Services to conduct the Subscriber’s real estate business.

Grant of Access. Subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of this Agreement Agreement, the Application, and the Rules and Compliance Guidelines, MLSOK hereby grants to Subscriber Participant during the Term a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to Access the MLSOK System, the MLSOK Services and the MLS Content for the purpose of adding, editing, reviewing, researching and retrieving the MLS Content and using the MLSOK System and the MLSOK Services to conduct the SubscriberParticipant’s real estate business.
