Grant of Authorization. 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Account Holder and its Users are authorized to submit documents for registration to the ELRS. No other person is permitted to submit documents for registration pursuant to this grant of authorization. 2.2 The authorization granted under section 2.1 may not be transferred or assigned.
