Grant of Rights to Partner. Subject to Your continuous compliance with this Agreement, UiPath grants You a right to use the UiPath Marketplace under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license, for the purpose of creating Partner Product Listings and distributing the Partner Products to Customers, only as permitted in this Agreement.
